A Toronto-based registered holistic nutritionist, Michelle Heighington is passionate about helping people take a holistic approach to maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle. She specializes in stress management and women’s health, showing her clients how to live happier and healthier lives.
Michelle is also the co-founder of Greystones Health, a company that focuses on corporate health and wellness. She is a regular speaker in corporate offices, striving to help professionals stay healthy in busy and high-intensity environments using tailored nutrition programs.
Michelle has counselled clients with a wide variety of medical conditions such as diabetes, food allergies, digestive tract disorders, and HIV/AIDS. She works with Dr. Joseph Steyr, ND to help women with endometriosis reduce their symptoms through diet and lifestyle.
Committed to spreading the word about optimal health, she’s been a guest columnist for the Paralegal Management Magazine and a guest blogger for Organic Food Delivery, The Endometriosis Network Canada, and the Women’s Law Association of Ontario.
Michelle is a graduate of the Canadian School for Natural Nutrition and the University of Toronto’s medical anthropology specialist program. She is also a registered member of the International Organization for Nutritional Consultants and the Canadian School for Natural Nutrition’s Alumni.
