What it is

Treatment that gets you back to work safely.

A workplace injury comes with two problems at once: the injury itself, and a claims system you've probably never had to navigate before. WSIB — Ontario's workplace safety and insurance system — covers healthcare for work-related injuries, and chiropractors are among the providers who can assess and treat you under it.

Care here starts with a full assessment of the injury: history, orthopedic and neurological examination, and an honest picture of what's injured and how long recovery should take. Treatment combines hands-on care with a graded exercise plan built around the physical demands of your actual job — because the goal isn't just 'less pain,' it's getting you back to your regular duties safely and keeping you there.

On the claims side, we complete the WSIB reporting our role requires, communicate about your functional abilities, and bill WSIB directly for approved claims — so the paperwork doesn't land on you.

  • Direct billing to WSIB for approved claims
  • Return-to-work planning built around your job's real demands
  • WSIB reporting and paperwork completed by our team
How it works

From injury to return-to-work, step by step.

1 · Assess

A thorough exam maps exactly what was injured and rules out anything that needs a physician first. You leave with a plain-language diagnosis and a written plan.

2 · Treat

Manual therapy plus progressive, job-specific exercise. The plan is graded — it evolves as you get stronger, not a fixed set of visits.

3 · Return to work

We track your functional abilities against your job demands and support a graduated return — modified duties first when that's the safe path back.

The claim side

What to do after a workplace injury in Ontario.

If you've already reported the injury, bring your claim number to your first visit. If you haven't, start here — and we can help you sort the steps out when you come in.

  • Get first aid or urgent care if the injury needs it
  • Report the injury to your employer as soon as possible
  • Book an assessment — no physician referral is needed
  • We complete the WSIB provider reporting for your claim
  • Keep a copy of your claim number and any WSIB letters

Still struggling with your duties?

Recovery isn't always a straight line. We plan for that.

If you're back at work but still having difficulty with your regular duties, that's a signal — not a failure. We reassess, adjust the treatment plan, and update the functional picture so your return-to-work arrangements match what your body can actually do right now.

And if your recovery genuinely stalls, we say so plainly and help you take the next step — whether that's a physician visit, imaging, or a different care pathway. What we don't do is keep booking identical visits that aren't moving you forward.

  • Reassessment and plan changes when progress stalls
  • Functional updates that keep modified duties realistic
  • Clear escalation to physician care when it's needed

Booked for a running gait analysis before a half marathon. The video breakdown of my stride was eye-opening and the exercises sorted out the knee pain that kept derailing my training.
