What it is

Care built around a woman's body, at every stage.

Women's health at BACK IN BALANCE is led by Dr. Lisa Clarke, whose practice centres on the musculoskeletal changes that come with pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the stages that follow — and on the everyday spine, pelvis, and joint problems that don't care what stage you're in.

Care is gentle, evidence-based, and adapted to you: chiropractic assessment and treatment, medical acupuncture, and soft-tissue work, with exercise progressions that rebuild strength rather than just settling symptoms. And because the whole team works in one building, massage therapy and other supporting care happen on the same plan — not in a referral loop.

Whether you're managing pelvic girdle pain in the second trimester, rebuilding your core after delivery, or dealing with a back that's simply had enough, the first step is the same: a thorough assessment and a plain-language plan.

  • Led by Dr. Lisa Clarke — chiropractor, women's health & pregnancy
  • Gentle, evidence-based techniques adapted to every stage
  • Chiropractic, acupuncture, and soft-tissue care on one plan

What patients say

A few words from people we've helped get back to what they love.

Steps from College station and they direct-bill my insurance, so it's an easy visit. Real assessment, no pressure, and a plan I could actually follow at home.

I saw Dr. Clarke through my pregnancy for pelvic pain. Gentle, knowledgeable, and reassuring the whole way. It made a real difference to how I felt day to day.

Booked for a running gait analysis before a half marathon. The video breakdown of my stride was eye-opening and the exercises sorted out the knee pain that kept derailing my training.
