Good to know
- Direct billing to most major insurance providers in Ontario. We can provide receipts for your extended health plan.
- WSIB and motor-vehicle-accident claims are handled by the clinic — see Other Programs above.
- Booking online needs a credit card to hold the appointment. 24-hour cancellation policy — if we don't get 24 hours' notice to cancel or change, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Custom orthotics: $475 total, covering the 3D-scan casting appointment and the orthotics. A $140 non-refundable deposit at the casting goes toward the total; the rest is paid at pickup.
- No contracts, no pre-paid packages.

Questions about fees
A chiropractic Initial Visit at BACK IN BALANCE in downtown Toronto is $150 for 60 minutes. That covers your full history, an orthopedic and neurological exam, a diagnosis, your treatment plan and your first treatment. Follow-up visits are $85 for 30 minutes, and a 15-minute adjustment is $57.
