Getting here

Two minutes from the train. Easy by car, too.

We're in Suite 1306 at 2 Carlton St., on the corner of Yonge and Carlton. Take Line 1 to College station and you come out at our building — two stops from Bloor-Yonge, four from Union — so it's a short trip from the Financial District, Yorkville, Church-Wellesley and Cabbagetown.

Driving works too: metered parking on Carlton St., paid lots within a two-minute walk, and paid parking inside the building — the one most people miss in January.

The building is barrier-free with elevator access to Suite 1306. If you're running late, call the front desk rather than turning around; we can usually still see you.

By transit

College station on Line 1 is directly outside. Two stops from Bloor-Yonge, four from Union, one transfer from anywhere on Line 2. The Carlton streetcar stops at Yonge and Carlton.

By car

Metered street parking on Carlton St., several paid lots within a two-minute walk, and paid parking inside the building.

On foot

Walkable from Church-Wellesley, Cabbagetown, Yonge-Dundas and Yorkville — a straight line down Yonge from Bloor.

What to expect

Your first visit.

  1. 01

    Book in under a minute

Pick a time on Jane or call (416) 660-9932 — same-day spots open up most days, and evenings and Saturdays book online like any other slot. Not ready to commit to treatment? Book the free meet and greet instead.

  2. 02

    A full assessment

Your first visit is history, orthopedic, neurological and movement testing, then a plain-language explanation of what we found and what's driving it. If something belongs with your family doctor or needs imaging, we'll say so and point you there.

  3. 03

Care and a plan the same day

Treatment starts at that visit whenever it makes sense, and you leave with a written summary, your first exercises and a realistic idea of how long this usually takes. We direct-bill at the front desk.

A few words from people we've helped get back to what they love.

Steps from College station and they direct-bill my insurance, so it's an easy visit. Real assessment, no pressure, and a plan I could actually follow at home.

Booked for a running gait analysis before a half marathon. The video breakdown of my stride was eye-opening and the exercises sorted out the knee pain that kept derailing my training.
